There are toys that you operate with your genitalia?

I think they're called books.

I do judo. Usually we do a half hour-hour long stretching/workout routine before we actually learn new techniques.

We do this judo together, it's usually between 1.5-2.5 hours twice a week.

Running is what I usually do but I haven't been doing it regularly. This summer I plan on getting into a routine that hopefully will carry over into next school year.

Hey I do Yoga everyday. It's very fun, refreshing, and relaxing.

I want to do Sun Salutations, but I don't wake up early enough for that :s

Hey Marrprpayrphypapyrus:

I found this vid, I think you'll like it:

I've found people actually struggling to keep up w/ it despite how easy it looks. A lot of people commented that this is how the kept slim during the 80's when gyms weren't popular (or too expensive).

These go by Aerobicise / 20 minute workout. Though the shows are different, they're made by the same person (I think) and have the same concept.

Here's some Amazon reviews:

5.0 out of 5 stars THE BEST COMPLETE WORKOUT YOU WILL EVER FIND January 24, 2004
By Marcia Wise
Format:VHS Tape
I started working out to this when I was still in High School. Before starting, I was about 145 pounds size 10-12. After one summer of doing this, I went down to 115 and a size 5-6. It was by far the most enjoyable workout ever. I even got up early in the morning to do it. As I have read by most, Bess was my favorite also. I have looked for years to find these tapes. I sure wish they would bring them back. It would be a gold mine for all parties involved. I only wish I would have started looking for them sooner to obtain them all. You would have to know what an awesome workout this is, I mean it is 20 years later and I am still looking for it. I bet they never had a dissatisfied customer.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Show That Got Me Into The Best Shape of My Life! November 6, 2005
By C. Jack
Format:VHS Tape|Verified Purchase
Yes, I WISH that this show series would come back on DVD. I started doing the 20 Minute Workout while I was in medical school one summer. I would have to get up for the 5:30AM show - and I tell you, NOTHING since this show has had me up ROUTINELY at 5:20AM getting aerobics, abdominal work and toning exercises. I'm NOT an aerobics junkie and I found Fonda's tapes to be boring. This show is FUN! The music is uplifting, not LOUD and keeps you going. The exercises FLOW from one to another. And the 20 Minutes flies by fast.

Using this program, I was finally able to slim my waist enough to get into a pair of Vanderbilt white cotton pant. Nothing chizeled my waist like this workout. I have found myself thinking of the music often, and know some of the routines by heart. I've misplaced this copy, which is why I'm getting another.

Do yourself a favor, BUY ALL of the 20 Minute Workout series you can. You'll love 'em.

By the way, this program can EASILY be adjusted to low impact. Get started and watch the pounds melt away.

5.0 out of 5 stars Possibly the best [most delightful] exercise video, EVER !!! September 18, 1998
By A Customer
Format:VHS Tape

... he atheletes are at their prime [approximately 23 years old]. Produced by Ron Harris, published by Tantra, the focus is upon the beauty of 'unintended' sensuality.
No models appear to be artificially altered, in appearance. Their proportions, too, are natural and average. These are the women that created the "fitness craze." These are the women that got men into the aerobics-studios and into the co-ed classes. The are so real, so beautiful and, if you try to keep up, you find that they are SOOO FIT !!!
You will soon find that they aren't celebrities that are faking their fitness. They perform high-impact, high-intensity workouts, all without shoes or exercise mats. Aerobic kicks reach to their ears. The makeup is genuine, exquisite, classic. For instance, the lip gloss was bordered by a slightly darker shade of the filler color, simply to add definition to the border....

This also teaches you to be flexible. Being flexible helps prevent age old problems such as arthritis.

I enjoy weight lifting, swimming, jump roping, and playing sports.

Though I haven't been able to lift very well lately due to a lower back injury. :(

I go to the gym and do 45 minutes to an hour of High-rep weight lifting then do 4 or 5 miles on an exercise bike 4-5 times a week. My goal is to get down to around 200 pounds.
