I do judo. Usually we do a half hour-hour long stretching/workout routine before we actually learn new techniques. |

We do this judo together, it's usually between 1.5-2.5 hours twice a week. |

Running is what I usually do but I haven't been doing it regularly. This summer I plan on getting into a routine that hopefully will carry over into next school year. |

ive attempted to do some yoga here and there just at home but ive never made a routine of it, id like to get into the habit of it, start getting up early and going before work or doing it after work if i work early enough, theres a gym in my apt complex that i will probably start using. |

Hey I do Yoga everyday. It's very fun, refreshing, and relaxing. I want to do Sun Salutations, but I don't wake up early enough for that :s |

Hey Marrprpayrphypapyrus: I found this vid, I think you'll like it: I've found people actually struggling to keep up w/ it despite how easy it looks. A lot of people commented that this is how the kept slim during the 80's when gyms weren't popular (or too expensive). These go by Aerobicise / 20 minute workout. Though the shows are different, they're made by the same person (I think) and have the same concept. Here's some Amazon reviews: 20 minute workout:

Aerobicise
This also teaches you to be flexible. Being flexible helps prevent age old problems such as arthritis. I hope you consider this, it's really great. Also here's one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qQPSQpw9StU Also |

I enjoy weight lifting, swimming, jump roping, and playing sports. Though I haven't been able to lift very well lately due to a lower back injury.

I go to the gym and do 45 minutes to an hour of High-rep weight lifting then do 4 or 5 miles on an exercise bike 4-5 times a week. My goal is to get down to around 200 pounds. |
